This session is all about pronunciation, giving attendees an opportunity to experience classroom tasks which help learners practice the pronunciation of English language sounds, stress patterns and intonation. Tips on where to incorporate these activities in class and how to adapt them for different levels or age groups of learners will also be discussed.

Šárka Cox is an English teacher, teacher trainer and Cambridge speaking examiner. She has worked on academic management teams in the Czech Republic and the UK and has taught English for over 20 years. Currently, she works at the English department of the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University. She holds a Master's degree in education and the Trinity College Diploma in TESOL.
