In this workshop we will look at mindfulness benefits, activities and techniques particularly relevant to primary and early childhood educators. I will share simple awareness practices that may help pupils self-regulate and shift attention when needed. So, have fun and get inspired:-)

DELTA qualified English teacher-trainer. Yvona spent large part of her teaching life in Spain, Malaysia and the UK teaching general and business English. Yvona had worked for P.A.R.K language school before moving to teaching Legal English for the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic. She has presented in several conferences, CPD's and multidisciplinary courses implementing mindfulness and well-being in teaching and the workplace.
