BY PLANE
You can fly to direct to Brno from London Stansted using Ryan Air. From the airport you can take an airport bus or take a taxi which should cost you around 750 CZK.
Alternatively, you can fly to Vienna, Bratislava or Prague and take a train or bus to Brno.
