Super Cool Activities for Happy Learners

Happy teachers make happy learners, and vice versa. What tools can we use to help children enjoy the class? This workshop will focus on how to use little tricks such as lead-in, games, feedback, life skills and self-assessment to add energy and fun.

Vlaďka is an English teacher, teacher trainer and Cambridge English oral examiner. She has over 20 years’ experience of teaching both young learners and adults in a range of situations. She holds the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA. Vlaďka divides her time between teaching and teacher training. Currently, she has been teaching for a private language school as well as for an alternative primary school. As a teacher trainer she prepares sessions for various audiences and works for Macmillan Education, the National Pedagogical Institute and various state and private schools.
