Do you speak Gen Z? Sometimes it is challenging to understand the younger generations. We feel they waste their time on social media, and it is extremely difficult to make sense of their attachment to their phones. This workshop offers a deep dive into the popular app TikTok and explores how it can be used in EFL education. Along with practical tips and ready-to-use tasks, you'll also gain insights into better understanding your students. The session will focus on improving listening and speaking skills by engaging learners with social media, both in and out of the classroom.
